When Milk is elected supervisor for the newly zoned District 5, he tries to coordinate his efforts with those of another newly elected supervisor, Dan White. In the ancient time before the existence of Siam, there was the time when armies of invaders came to colonize the land and massacre everyone in sight. One priest secretly gathered drawings of animals from all over the world. He puts a spell on the drawings for it to have great supernatural power. Then he gave the book to two headman of one Thai tribe to use these drawings to tattoo on his people and fight the invaders. When the land becomes peaceful once again, the sacred book must be divided and passed on to the most trusted disciples to guard it. All segments of the sacred book must never fall in to hands of those who seek absolute power. When the time passed, the sacred book once again emerged into the hands of rivals. They were invincible since they were protected by tattoos with supernatural powers. When the pieces of the sacred book collide, the blood battle of the supernatural animals begins.
A taxi driver gets more than get bargained for when he picks up two teen runaways. Not only does the pair possess supernatural powers, but they're also trying desperately to escape people who have made them their targets.
