The Little Mermaid - Ariel's Beginning (Only on DVD)

The story of Disney's LITTLE MERMAID continues in ARIEL'S BEGINNING, a lushly drawn prequel to the 1989 animated classic. Long before Princess Ariel (Jodi Benson) found her true love on land, the young mermaid lived many musical adventures in her amazing underwater home, amid her many performing sisters and royal parents. When lovely-voiced Queen Athena (Lorelei Hill Butters) is abducted by pirates, however, King Triton (Jim Cummings), outlaws all singing, leaving his youngest daughter bereft of the two things she loves the most: her mother and her music. Not wishing to displease her father, but incapable of giving up her true passion, Ariel attends secret concerts, carefully eluding the wicked and watchful Marina Del Rey (voiced by Academy Award winner Sally Field.) Together with her friends Sebastian (Samuel E. Wright) and Flounder (Parker Goris), the young mermaid must find a way to convince her father to reverse his ban, before the heart and soul of the kingdom wither forever.

Road Trip

Cheating is when you're in a committed relationship and have sex with another person....It's not cheating if you live in different area codes, if you are too wasted to remember it, or if you are with two people at the same time because they cancel each other out. But it is definitely cheating if you videotape it and someone accidentally mails the tape to your girlfriend. This is what happens to Josh, who must now drag two college buddies, and one not-so-eager-kid who happens to own the car, on a raucous 1800-mile road trip from Ithaca, New York to Austin, Texas to save his lifelong romance.

Deception

Are you free tonight? A simple enough question, but how Jonathan McQuarry answers it will change his life forever. A corporate auditor adrift in a sea of New York's power elite, Jonathan's work is his entire life. But a chance meeting with Wyatt Bose, a charismatic corporate lawyer, introduces Jonathan to a decadent playground for Manhattan's executive upper crust. For these power brokers, whose eighteen-hour workdays leave no time for a personal life, there's The List--a sex club, of sorts, where the right cell-phone number and four simple words (Are you free tonight?) can lead to an evening's sexual fulfillment. It's a world of intimacy without intricacy, as Jonathan's first conquest (or vice versa) explains to him, and through The List Jonathan discovers a side of himself that he didn't know existed. But an affair with a ravishing and mysterious stranger known to Jonathan only by her first initial S, will expose him to yet another world he never imagined--one of betrayal, treachery and murder.

The movie starts off slow, at least it gives me subtle time to know the character better first. Great cast, solid performances and good plot, well ... it's a freaking true story so it better be percise! I need to rely on the subtitle due to the British accent and usage of terms and jargons (sorry but I was totally lost without it :p) . All and all, it was a good movie. Feels like Ocean Eleven but with a twist.

Not a too bad movie, amateur yet sweet. There are tonnes of way better gay themed movies out there but this one kinda like just manage to pass through. The set backs are the sound mixing and, to be frank, I was kinda like irritated by the main actor (Jonathan Bray) for repeating "I AM NOT GAY, I AM STRAIGHT" every now and then!

Cirque Du Soleil - Dralion

Dralion is the fusion of ancient Chinese circus tradition and the avant-garde approach of Cirque du Soleil. The show's name is drawn from its two main symbols: the dragon, representing the East, and the lion, representing the West. Dralion derives much of its inspiration from Eastern philosophy with its perpetual quest for harmony between humankind and nature. Suspended in time between the past and the future, Dralion is a celebration of life and the four elements that maintain the natural order: air, water, fire and earth. Innovation soars to new heights as it defies the laws of nature. Dralion is a dynamic performance that transcends the boundaries of the imagination and leads us into a dreamscape with a new and sparkling perspective.
